Additionally, the exam will gauge your knowledge on how to efficiently perform tasks for Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified Presence —including system monitoring, moves, additions and changes..
