Description of ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certification Training Course:
During this three day course, students will both prepare for as well as take the ITIL® 2011 Certification Exam. Students of this course will receive a formal introduction to the managing IT services lifecycle, in order to deliver a product consistent with business expectations. In addition to this, students of this course will obtain the knowledge and the practical skills needed to identify beneficial opportunities to develop IT processes. They will do this by using ITIL® 2011, interacting with IT teams using ITIL® verbiage and concepts, as well as recognize the overall importance of IT and of business integration.
Students will use an engaging case study to discover the core disciplines of ITIL® best practices. Upon the completion of this, students will take their actual certification exam.
The certification exam voucher is included and the student has to take his/her exam on the last day of the class.

- Service Design
- Service Transition
- Service Operations
- The Continuation of Service Improvement.
