Students who qualify for this program include individuals who are implementation and operation specialists who hold a valid 2011 Foundation certificate. ITIL® Capability - Service Offerings & Agreements Exam and Testing
This particular exam can be taken several different ways. The exam can be given online using a certified webcam proctor, at an approved testing center, or it can be given onsite with a certified proctor. This certification is done through CSME or APMG. In order to receive this certification, students must have a score of 70% upon completion. This exam is a 90 minute test that is comprised of 8 questions in a closed book multiple choice format. Each question will be scenario-based and the exam will be gradient scored. Students must be able to present a valid ITIL V3 Foundation and/or a V2 Foundation plus a Bridge Certificate before they will be allowed to sit for the exam.
