This accredited CSME/APMG training program is for individuals searching to take the final class to ITIL Expert. Candidates for this course must have already passed the exams to hold the ITIL 2011 Foundation Certificate plus have incurred a further 15 credits from the ITIL Service Lifecycle track, the ITIL Service Capability track or a equaled selection from both ITIL Service Lifecycle and Service Capability qualifications. Documented evidence of this must be presented to enroll to this certification level. Candidates will gain knowledge in the following areas upon completion of the reading (the 5 books of the ITIL Library), examination and training components related to this certification.

ITIL® Capstone - Managing Across the Lifecycle Exam and Testing
This exam can be taken online using a webcam proctor, at a testing center, or onsite with an accredited proctor. Certification is through CSME or APMG. Student must pass a 90 minute, 8 question closed book multiple choice, scenario-based, gradient scored examination with a passing score of 70% in order to receive this certification. Students must present an ITIL 2011 Foundation or V2 Foundation plus Bridge Certificate prior to sitting for the exam.
Phoenix TS is an authorized testing center for both Pearson VUE & Prometric. You can register for your CCNA Certification Exams at the Phoenix TS test centers in Washington DC, Baltimore, or Columbia, Maryland. Simply go to the Pearson VUE website or call us directly (301-258-8200).
