Firoozeh Azarbaidjani-Do

Firoozeh is the co-founder and President of Phoenix TS. She finished her undergraduate studies in French. She taught at the University for a few years, at the same time she was consulting as a computer programmer. She then entered the technical training arena. Mrs. Azarbaidjani-Do has more than 13 years of technical training and project management experience. During this period she has managed numerous projects for DISA, Army, Air Force and commercial projects. She has experience in teaching Microsoft office, SQL Server, Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET, XML and project management. In addition, She is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator.

Ben Tchoubineh

Ben is the co-founder and CEO of Phoenix TS. He finished his undergraduate studies majoring in Computer Science at the University of Maryland. In 1993, he began a career in technical training. Through training he received leads for integration and development opportunities, and began contracting into small and large-scale projects. in 1998, he co-founded Phoenix TS. William A. Kerr

Bill kerr has strong background in the IT field. He started his career in the United States Navy as Senior Technician back in 1975. Since then he has worked in many key position for reputable companies and organizations such as CTS University and University of Richmond. Bill has extensive experience in IT and technical training specializing in security training. William Ferguson

Bill Ferguson is an independent contractor collaborating with Phoenix TS. Bill has been in the computer industry for over 15 years. In addition to teaching, he writes and produces technical training videos. He has written video titles including A+, Network+, Windows 2003 Management, Windows XP Management, Windows 2003 Security, Server+, and Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices. He has also written several books including the 70-298 Exam Cram 2 title (Designing Security for a Windows Server 2003 Network) for Que Publishing and co-written the security related 70-297 and 70-299 Exam Cram 2 titles. Most recently, He wrote the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) Study Guide for Sybex Inc. Also, He has experience teaching classes such as Network+, Security+, Network Security, Cisco Certified Network Associate, ICND 1 and ICND 2, Windows Active Directory, Windows XP Professional.

Adebayo Cole

After finishing his bachelor of science in computer programming at Brooklyn College in 1990, Adebayo Cole entered the world of technical training. He got his certificate in train-the-trainer course from Calc Canterbury Learning center in New Jersey. He started acquiring certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Associate Certification (CCNA), Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet, Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+ Certification Hardware core and software, CompTIA Network+ Certification, CompTIA Security+ Certification.  Adebayo started his career as full time IT instructor and trainer in 1999. Since then he has been teaching MCTS and MCITP Windows Vista and Windows server 2008 boot camp, Microsoft Office 2007, Vista roll-out and upgrades, MS2830, MS2278, MS2279, MS2272, MS2274, windows 2000, windows 2003, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco products and many more. Currently Adebayo Cole is working at Phoenix TS teaching CompTIA classes with a passing rate of 95%.

Eylem Uysal Sarikaya

Eylem is an independent contractor collaborating with Phoenix TS. She received her Bachelor of Science, Electric and Electronic Engineering degree from Hacettepe University in 1993. She has been in the computer training field since then. Jonathan Jackson

Jonathan has a bachelor degree in computer science from University of Maryland. He started his career as independent contractor in the field of IT training back in 1990. He specializes in teaching IT security courses. Terry Reed

Terry has over nineteen years of experience in IT services integration, IT Security, Business development, Customer relationship management working for reputable companies such as Microsoft, HP and Canon. She started his technical training career in 2000. Christopher Olsen

Christopher graduated from University of North Carolina with Bachelor degree in computer science, Chris started his career in technical training in 1995. He has over fifteen years of IT training experience teaching desktop application, technical training and DoD 8570.1 courses.
