About Us
We are a training solutions provider headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, that was founded to offer organizations a better way to keep their employees knowledgeable, certified, and current in their skill sets.
What was once a small group of contract-based technical trainers has now grown into a premier learning institute featuring dozens of recognized leaders within the IT training industry.
The Phoenix TS Difference
It was in 1998 that we made the decision to restructure our independent contractor model to become a corporation. This change allowed us to begin providing our services to both government and commercial customers all around the world.
The training professionals here offer a unique combination of proven instruction techniques along with consistent, cohesive training management and quality assurance methodologies and processes.
Our training philosophy centers around applying adult learning theory with a modernized, blended technology-based approach to the traditional instructional-led training model, to increase productivity and performance in the workplace.
Specialized IT Instruction
Since our founding, we have been cultivating a reputation for quality and reliability that has been critical in establishing the company a premier provider of training programs in the Baltimore–Washington Metropolitan area and far beyond.
Our management has utilized our more than 30 years of combined experience in training and consulting to provide organizations like DISA, Army and Air Force in Korea and Germany with the most effective learning possible. We are specialized in security and 8570 Directive courses and all of our instructors are certified in addition to their extensive real-world experience in the technologies they teach.
We provide customized and off-the-shelf, quality, instructor-led technical and end-user training services and have successfully trained over 80,000 professional since 1998 from nearly every government agency and commercial corporation.
As a Woman-owned SBA 8(a) and 8(m) business, we have risen to meet every opportunity in a demanding and constantly evolving industry. Now, we’re looking forward to continue helping our students stay on top of the industry with engaging teaching and proven learning techniques.
