Maryland IT Training Company Turns 13, Achieves Cisco Partnership

Phoenix TS is a teenager! On August 5th our boutique Maryland IT training company celebrated its thirteenth birthday. So now we’re old enough to be dangerous!

Although we were a basement company for several of the last thirteen years, we have been on a steep rise as an organization in the past four years.

We have achieved much this year and we have great plans for the future.  A big piece of our strategy is achieving and maintaining partnerships with major players in the industry in order to expand our course offerings.

For example, below is the press release about our new Cisco partnership dated July 22, 2011.  We’re now officially able to provide Cisco certification & training in Maryland or wherever else our clients may be located.

But this is only the tip of the iceberg.  We have so much planned; we’re just bursting with excitement.

“Phoenix TS announced today that it now delivers Cisco certification & training in Maryland as a Cisco Learning Partner Associate sponsored by Element K, A Cisco Learning Solutions Partner and a leading provider of learning solutions for technology and business skills training.  This sponsorship enables Phoenix TS to join an elite group of Cisco-authorized training partners and offer its customers the latest Cisco certification training in Maryland & beyond.

Cisco content will be available in multiple formats, including self-study and instructor-led courses, throughout the Phoenix TS IT training facilities. After completing a course, students have an opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge in a real-world environment utilizing Element K’s vLab® exercises. These exercises provide access to real Cisco routers, switches and other devices, rather than simulations.
