- Our customer-focused staff is highly skilled in managing the training experience. In fact, we’ve successfully delivered training to more than 10,000 students over the past 10 years.
- Our facilities are clean, modern, and located in safe areas. They feature comfortable break rooms, free Internet connectivity, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- We provide all the crucial amenities free-of-charge, such as gourmet coffee, tea, and soft drinks available all day, and a continental breakfast that includes doughnuts, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruits and juices; and fresh-baked cookies in the afternoon – always hot out of the oven.

Class & Exam Re-Take Options[+]
Our ‘re-take’ option is one of the best in the industry, and it enables our students to brush-up on rusty skills or to get a little extra practice before taking a certification exam. We even offer one free exam re-take in case things don’t go as planned.
For one full year after taking a Phoenix TS class, and on a space-available basis, we allow students to re-sit their class as often as they would like; provided that the student pre-registers and brings the original materials.

Practice Tests Included[+]
Phoenix TS provides high quality industry leading practice exams with every certification class. These exams usually retail for $60 – $80 apiece if purchased commercially, but we include them as part of our offering.
All of our exams are sanctioned by the appropriate certification/accreditation bodies and ensure that students receive a realistic practice experience without compromising the integrity of the exams themselves.

Location Flexibility[+]
Training where and how you want it. At Phoenix TS, we have the scalable resources that allow the customer to decide where, when, and how training should best occur. Phoenix TS participates in a network of private brick-and mortar facilities that can be ‘stood up’ literally within 48 hours – almost anywhere in the world.
